Easy to say “Forgive”

English: White tulipsThis morning, I found some blog posts suggesting a fascinating challenge. Go spruce up an old story! I checked my archive and a story on “forgiveness” seems a good candidate.

There is one thing that I’ve learned from my MindCrack friends, storytelling is a great way to share ideas, principles or just plain fun.
“Forgive” is a work of fiction that’s loosely based on real events. It’s about a young man struggling with the issue of forgiving past mistreatment.  Enjoy!

Autumn Leaves

A couple of years ago, John  had found himself with a daunting task.  He had a small house located in a quiet community.  It was a chilly autumn morning and much of the leaves have fallen from the surrounding trees.  The entire yard was filled with red and gold leaves.  To add to his work, the leaves from his neighbor’s yard had blown into his yard. Thankfully, the leaves have stopped falling from the trees and it was time to clean up the yard.
